Recently GN Company had shipped one unit of Decanter Centrifuge, which would be used for municipal sewage sludge treatment in New Zealand.
GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge for more than 10 years, and now is capable to manufacture Decanter Centrifuge with bowl size from 220mm to 760mm, and treatment capacity from 1~2m3/hour to 120 m3/hour.
Regarding to the concern of corrosion, GN Company Decanter Centrifuge’s bowl and screw are made of Duplex Stainless Steel 2205/2304 by centrifugal casting. And screw, screw flow distribution port, solids discharge port, these are all protected with Tungsten Carbide Tiles. These are all corrosion resistant material, in order to get Decanter longer working hours and less maintenance.
And the key parts of electrical component are all reputable European brand, such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc. And PLC is available with both Siemens and Schneider. GN Company has 3 factories now, and greatly welcome clients to visit our factories at convenient time. GN Company takes more advantages of delivering one stop turnkey solution for clients’ projects, including Sludge Feeding Pump, Fully Automatic Polymer Preparation Unit, Screw Conveyor, Tank, etc.
Besides Decanter Centrifuge, GN Company is also capable to manufacture Sludge Dewatering Screw Press, which is more economy and less energy cost. But Screw Press’s treatment capacity is always a problem, and it is not suitable for big amount of project.
