Decanter Centrifuge Manufacturer in China

Compared with other separation machines, centrifuges can not only obtain solid phase with low moisture content and high-purity liquid phase, but also have the advantages of small size, good sealing, continuous operation, automatic remote control, etc., so they are widely used in chemical industry, Petrochemical, petroleum refining, light industry, medicine, food, textile, metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, shipbuilding, environmental protection, military and other departments, such as the recovery of pulverized coal for wet coal mining; the purification and reuse of drilling mud for oil mining; uranium Concentration of isotopes; sludge concentration and dehydration of sewage treatment; refining of petrochemical products; extraction of antibiotics and pesticides; manufacture of milk, yeast, beer, fruit juice, sugar, orange oil, animal and vegetable oil, rice bran oil, starch and other foods; The dehydration of fabric fibers; the purification of lubricating oil and fuel oil need to use centrifuges. It can be seen that the centrifuge has become widely used separation equipment in various sectors of the national economy.

The application functions of the centrifuge mainly include: dehydration, clarification, concentration, classification, separation and so on. Different centrifuge models must be selected according to different material characteristics and separation requirements, which leads to the problem of centrifuge selection. In the actual production process, due to the selection of suitable separation equipment for some projects, the process is simple, the energy consumption is reduced, the product quality is improved, and good economic benefits are obtained; but there is also improper selection of centrifuges, which makes the production process unable to proceed normally. , resulting in greater economic losses. Therefore, in the engineering design and technical transformation, the problem of how to correctly select the centrifuge has been recognized and valued by the majority of engineering and technical personnel.

GN Company Supplied Decanter Centrifuge for African Client

GN Company has been a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge for about 10 years, and now has capability to manufacture Decanter with bowl size from 220mm~760mm, and treatment capacity 1 m3 per hour to 120 m3 per hour.

The decanter centrifuge is a spiral unloading sedimentation centrifuge. It is mainly composed of a high-speed rotating drum, a screw conveyor with a hollow shaft and a differential with the same rotation as the rotating drum and a slightly lower speed than the rotating drum. When the suspension to be separated is sent into the drum by the hollow shaft, it is immediately thrown into the drum cavity under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation.

The high-speed rotating drum generates strong centrifugal force to sling the solid particles with higher density than the liquid phase on the inner wall of the drum to form a solid layer (because of the ring shape, called the solid ring layer); due to the low density of water, the centrifugal force is small Therefore, the liquid layer can only be formed inside the solid ring layer, which is called the liquid ring layer.

Due to the different rotation speeds of the screw and the drum, there is a relative movement (that is, the difference in rotation speed) between the two. The relative movement of the screw and the drum is used to slowly push the sludge in the solid ring layer to the cone end of the drum and pass through the drying zone. After that, it is continuously discharged from the outlets distributed around the circumference of the drum; the liquid in the liquid ring layer is continuously discharged from the weir to the outside of the drum by gravity to form a separated liquid.
