GN Solids Control is a professional manufacturer of Solids Control equipment for 11 years, including Decanter Centrifuge, Shale Shaker, Mud Cleaner, Shale Shake Screen, Vertical Cuttings Drier, Centrifugal Pump, etc.

GN Company supplied about 150 sets of decanter centrifuges and 200 sets of shakers in 2018, 70% for International Market, including UK, Netherlands, Canada, USA, Russia, India, China, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, etc.

Decanter Centrifuge

Decanter Centrifuge is used for mud dewatering/thickening, and slurry clarification, etc. GN Company can manufacture centrifuge with capability 100Liter/minute-120 m3/hour, and material made of Stainless Steel 2304. Both Explosion & Non-Explosion can be customized.

Sludge Solids Vacuum Pump is widely used for transferring material with high gravity and high density, with solids content up to 80%.

Centrifugal Pump (including spare parts) is 100% interchangeable with reputable brand pump.

GN Decanter Centrifuge for Middel East Market

Recently GN Company finished production of 10 sets of Decanter Centrifuges, ordered by a client from Middle East Company.

The model this client ordered is GNLW363, with bowl diameter about 360 mm, bowl speed 0~3200 RPM, and G force 3063 G, widely used for Mud/Sludge Dewatering, thickening, and different types of liquids clarifying.

GN Decanter Centrifuge working procedure is as below,

feeding the Liquid/Sludge into the decanter centrifuge, and both screw conveyor (within Bowl) and Bowl would rotate at a high speed, but different rate.

The solid and liquid would come into Two Rings separately, named Solid Ring and Liquid Ring.

While liquid’s specific gravity would be less than solid, so Liquid Ring would be closed to the Central Axis, and the Solid Ring would be closed to Bowl.

Because of the different speed of Bowl and Screw Conveyor, so Solid would be pushed to Cone end, while Liquid would be pushed to other end.

GN is a professional manufacturer Decanter Centrifuge for 11 years, and supplying about 250 sets for International market every year, including USA, Canada, Netherlands, UK, Australia, UAE, China, etc.

GN can supply from 9 inch (220mm) to 30 inch (760mm), with bowl length and diameter ration up to 4.2, and adjustable G force is up to 3000G, to meet different requirements.

Fully Hydraulic Drive Decanter Centrifuge for Middle East

A Middle East client ordered some Fully Hydraulic Driven (FHD) Decanter Centrifuges from GN Company, with centrifuge feeding pump.

Fully Hydraulic Driven Centrifuge is driven by Hydraulic Pump with two units of hydraulic oil circuits, one for Bowl drive system, one for Scroll drive system.

GN Company can manufacture and supply FHD centrifuge with bowl diameter from 9 ~30 inch, and provide professional Centrifuge Feeding Pump with 10~90 m3/h, 4~22 Kw.

Decanter Centrifuge

GN worked together with the reputable centrifuge hydraulic driving system manufacturer from Switzerland for developing this fully hydraulic system, in order to reach the requirement for high standard from the international market and the high-class market in China.

GN FHD Decanter Centrifuge has advantages as follow,

1. Centrifuge, Hydraulic Driving System, and Control System is installed in one skid, and it can be easy for rigging up.

2. Operator can control centrifuge with PLC system, which is easy, smart, and with safety protection.

3. The bowl and scroll is processed by high precision CNC machine and balanced by advanced balancing machine. Performance is stable and maintenance is less. Centrifugal casting technology makes the bowl material much denser to avoid bubble.
