GN Company Sludge Solids Transfer Pump Received Great Attention among Middle East Clients

Recently GN Company’s Sludge Solids Transfer Pump received enquiries from different countries in Middle East for different projects.

The Pump can be used to transfer Sand, Soil, Slurry, etc., and maximum size of solid can be transferred by our Pump is 75mm.

The Pump horizontal suction distance is 50meters, and discharge distance is 500/1000meters for different models. And vertical suction depth is 8meters, while lift is 80meters. (All these figures are calculated based on clean water, and it might reduce some during actual operation for different clients’ projects).

The Pump is 100% air operation/driven, while there is no cost of electricity or diesel. The Air is always supplied by Air Compressor. GN Company does not manufacture Air Compressor, and we suggest clients to find from local market.

The Pump Material is made of carbon steel, while stainless steel 304/ 316 can be customized.

GN Factories are only 1 hour from the Beijing International Airport, and 2 hours from the Tianjin Seaport by car. It’s convenient to handle shipment both by Air and Sea.

GN Company Supplied Polymer Dosing System for African Client

GN Company delivered one set of Polymer Dosing System for client from Africa, which is used to help Centrifuge to get better performance during dewatering. Because during sludge dewatering process, the ultrafine solids (less than 2um) cannot be separated by Centrifuge directly.

The Polymer Dosing System is help to gather the fine solids together, and form flocculent, which is easier to be by separated by Decanter.

GN Company Constant Torque self-adaptation Function for Decanter Centrifuge

Here are introduction about Constant Torque self-adaptation Function for GN Decanter Centrifuge.

When concentration changes, the current of back motor (for driving screw) would fluctuate accordingly.

1. When the monitored current value of back motor exceeds set value, the differential speed of centrifuge is too low, the control-programming program automatically controls the back motor working current to decrease to the preset value, and increases the differential speed of centrifuge.

2. When the monitored current value of back motor returns to normal setting value range, the control-programming program automatically controls the auxiliary motor working current to return to the preset value, and the differential speed of centrifuge returns to the normal.

3. When the monitored current value of back motor is low to the set value, the differential speed of centrifuge is too high, the control-programming program automatically controls working current of back motor to rise to the preset value, and reduces the differential speed of centrifuge.

4. Constant Torque self-adaptation Function can ensure the uniform of dry humidity of sludge (discharged from Centrifuge), and avoid the plugging problem caused by concentration change of feeding sludge, which provides reliable guarantee for the normal and stable operation of centrifuge.
