GN Company Technical Team Develops Basket Centrifuge for Market

With continuous effort on research and development, the Technical Team in GN Company has successfully developed Basket Centrifuge. There are two types of Basket Centrifuge, including Filter-type Basket Centrifuge and Sedimentation-type Basket Centrifuge.

Filter-type Basket Centrifuge is a filter centrifuge, and the machine needs manual loading and unloading. It is used for material with solid particles bigger than 0.01. The machine can be used for dewatering of textiles, metal cutting iron filings and lubricating oil recovery. This model of Centrifuge has obvious advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and wide application.

The filtration time can be adjusted based on feeding inlet material’s characteristics, and also clients’ requirement for result. The residue can be flushed and clean, and the solid phase particles are keeping well in form. This kind of Centrifuge is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc.

Sedimentation-type Centrifuge is used to clarify suspension with medium and fine particles. According to the difference of feeding, there are three types, including Continuous Feeding, Intermittent feeding, and Once-Feeding. This kind of Centrifuge can be widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, textile, machinery, etc.

GN Company now is capable to manufacture Basket Centrifuge with bowl diameter from 300mm to 1500mm, and loading capacity 10kg~550kg.

Besides supplying Centrifuge, GN Company is also capable to manufacture and supply other supporting equipment, such as Peristaltic Pump, Screw Conveyor, Tank, etc.

GN Company Supplied Vacuum Pump for European Client

GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Solids Vacuum Pump, and the pump is 100% pneumatic driven pump, and there is no cost of electricity or diesel. The pump can work on sludge, solid, powder, slurry, and also oily sludge with high viscosity and density.

Now GN Company has developed 3 models of Vacuum Pump, with different capacities, including 10m3 per hour, 20m3 per hour, and 40m3 per hour. The pump can create 85Kpa vacuum, the maximum suction distance can reach 50meters, and maximum discharge distance can reach 500/1000meters. Maximum solid size can be transferred by the pump is 75mm.

The pump can be used to transfer waste mud in drilling site, clean waste pit, oily sludge in tank bottom, and animal waste, food waste, and hazardous waste recovery, etc.

When clients come to GN Company, the GN Engineers would offer a professional question list, including where the sludge from, the solid content percentage, material temperature, capacity requirement, the suction depth and discharge height of pump, and if the sludge has corrosion characteristics. GN Company has been a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge for 13 years, with treatment capacity of 1~2m3 per hour to 120m3 per hour. GN Company is now capable to manufacture decanter with bowl size from 220mm to 760mm.

The Electrical Control Cabinet can be explosion proof, and ATEX and IEC are available. The control cabinet can also be non-explosion proof, which can reduce purchase cost. The cabinet can be One-door open or Two-door open, based on clients’ requirement. Quick Opening Lock is available.

Main Motor and Back Drive Motor of Decanter Centrifuge can also be explosion proof, and for example, ATEX explosion proof, Zone 2 is available.

Vibration Sensor and Bearing Temperature Sensor are also customized based on clients’ requirement.

GN Company technical team can also design and add Automatic Lubrication Unit for bearing. The motor of this unit can also be explosion proof, for example ATEX explosion proof, Zone 2.

GN Company would deliver one complete set of Maintenance Kit with Decanter Centrifuge together. And if there is requirement for Spare Parts, it can be ordered separately. All the spare parts are from reputable international brand, and clients can also find in local market.

There are three VFD in the control cabinet of GN Decanter Centrifuge, including for Main Motor, Back Motor, and Feeding Pump.

All the bearings are from international reputable brand. The solids discharge port and slurry distributing port are all protected by tungsten carbide inserts, which can increase working hours of the decanter. The liquid pond depth is flexible to adjust based on different feeding inlet.

The control cabinet for decanter centrifuge is made of stainless steel, with protection level IP55. If there is requirement of explosion proof, GN Company can supply both ATEX and IEC cabinet. And the main motor and back-up motor of Decanter Centrifuge can also be explosion proof. And GN Company can supply motor based on clients’ vendor list.
