2 SETS OF DRILLING RIG SOLIDS CONTROL SYSTEMS EXPORTED TO MIDDLE EAST&EUROPE

GN SOLIDS CONTROL is pleased to share a dual successful shipment: two complete solids control systems recently left our facility for drilling projects in the Middle East and Europe.

The first system supports a 1500HP rig and integrates multiple treatment stages—including shale shakers, a degasser, a centrifuge, a mud cleaner, and a fully equipped mud tank. The second configuration, designed for a 750HP rig, pairs shakers with a compact mud cleaner and a large-bowl centrifuge. Both systems are engineered to manage high-solid loads while maximizing fluid recovery and minimizing waste.

The 1500HP rig system delivers end-to-end solids control through a multi-stage train: primary separation via shakers, harmful gas removal by a degasser, fine-particle extraction with a centrifuge, and secondary cleaning using a mud cleaner, all integrated with a fully equipped mud tank. The 750HP rig configuration adopts a streamlined approach, combining shakers, a compact mud cleaner, and a large-bowl centrifuge for enhanced fine-solid removal. Both systems are engineered for high-solid-load environments, prioritizing fluid recovery efficiency and waste minimization while maintaining operational stability under continuous duty cycles.

These parallel deliveries highlight our expanding global reach. We have recently secured approved vendor status with several oil companies in the Middle East and continue to receive strong recognition from high-end clients across Europe and America.

Each component, from skids to rotating assemblies, is built based on real-world field feedback—not just to meet specifications, but to perform reliably in harsh, remote drilling environments.
