GN Solids Control is pleased to announce the delivery of 4 sets of GNTC-30C Automatic Tank Cleaning Systems to an African customer for drilling mud tank wash water treatment. Designed for efficient and environmentally responsible tank cleaning, the system provides a closed-loop solution for continuously cleaning mud tanks, oil tanks, chemical tanks and slurry tanks.
The GNTC-30C integrates high-pressure water cleaning with solids-liquid separation and water recycling. During operation, fresh water is supplied to the high-pressure tank cleaning machines installed inside the tanks. The dirty wash water is collected and returned to the system, where solids and contaminants are separated before the cleaned water is recycled for reuse. This continuous process reduces water consumption and minimizes the manpower required for tank cleaning operations.
Each system has a slop processing capacity of up to 30 m³/h and a water capacity of 7.5 m³. The integrated equipment includes a centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, air pump, chemical dosing unit, filter, solids-liquid separator, solids discharge auger, water recycling tank, high-pressure water pump and electrical control system.
For demanding oil and gas applications, the GNTC-30C is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and control panel suitable for Zone 1 applications.
