GN Synergistic Frequency Vibrating Screen for Fine Iron Ore Screening

GN Solids Control has developed the Synergistic Frequency Vibrating Screen for efficient screening, grading, and separation of fine-grained materials. For iron ore processing, the screen provides an effective solution for fine screening where conventional screens may face challenges such as mesh blinding and low screening efficiency.

The GN Synergistic Frequency Vibrating Screen combines linear vibration and partial electromagnetic vibration. Dual vibration motors drive the screen deck to perform stable linear vibration, ensuring smooth material transportation across the screen surface. Meanwhile, electromagnetic exciters generate high-frequency vibration directly on the screen mesh. The electromagnetic amplitude can be adjusted by controlling the current, allowing the vibration intensity to be optimized for different screening conditions.

The strong instantaneous electromagnetic vibration helps the screen mesh achieve self-cleaning, reducing blockage and maintaining stable screening performance. Electromagnetic exciters can also be controlled separately to meet different amplitude requirements across the screen surface.

For wet iron ore screening, the integrated water spray system helps disperse materials and improve screening efficiency. In addition, all material-contacting parts are coated with polyurea, providing enhanced wear and corrosion resistance for longer equipment service life.

With its combined vibration technology, high screening efficiency, and anti-blinding performance, the GN Synergistic Frequency Vibrating Screen is a reliable solution for fine iron ore screening and other mineral processing applications.
