GN Solids Control recently completed the production of a batch of GNSP20B Solids Vacuum Pumps, which are ready for shipment to support industrial solids transfer applications.
GN Solids Vacuum Pump, also known as sludge vacuum pump, is a fully pneumatic-powered vacuum loading and solids transfer system designed for handling solids, powders, slurry, sludge, and other difficult materials. Driven only by compressed air, the pump provides a safe and efficient solution for applications where electrical equipment is not suitable, especially in oil & gas, mining, and hazardous environments.

The GNSP20B model is a compact and robust solids transfer pump with strong suction capability up to 25″Hg vacuum and a conveying distance of more than 500 meters. GN Solids Vacuum Pumps are available in different capacities, including 10 m³/h, 20 m³/h, and 40 m³/h, while customized skid-mounted group pump units can also be designed according to project requirements.
The working principle is based on alternating vacuum loading and positive pressure discharge. Compressed air creates vacuum inside the pump tank to draw materials through the suction line. After loading, the air direction changes to pressurize the tank and transfer materials through the discharge pipeline.

GN Solids Vacuum Pumps are widely applied in tunneling and TBM projects, mining slurry transfer, thickener de-sludge cleaning, drilling cuttings transfer, tank cleaning, tailings handling, industrial waste recovery, and other heavy-duty material transfer operations.
With a compact design, reliable performance, and explosion-proof capability, GN Solids Vacuum Pump provides an efficient solution for challenging industrial cleaning and solids handling tasks.
