Solids Vacuum Pump for European Client

GN Company completed production of 2 units Solids Vacuum Pumps and shipped out last week. The Pump would be used for slurry transferring in a mine.

The Pump can be used to transfer sludge, solids, powder, sand, soil, slurry, and mixture. Please find the pump working video on YouTube, linkage as below.

It is 100% air operation/driven, and there is not cost of electricity or diesel itself. The air for the Pump is generally supplied by Air Compressor, and GN Company suggests clients to find air compressor in local market, which can save purchase and shipment cost.

The Pump is working continuously, and both suction and discharge are adjustable within 0~30 seconds. The vacuum of the Pump is created by venture, when the vacuum/negative pressure is created in the Pump, the slurry would be sucked into the pump body. After the pump cavity is full or it reaches the set time of suction, the Pump would come into discharge mode, where the air would be fed again in the pump via different air pipe, in order to push the slurry out of the cavity. When it reaches the set time of discharge, the Pump would begin suction again. That is the Pump working mode/circle.

GN Company Decanter Centrifuge for European Client

Client from Europe orders one unit of 2-Phase Decanter Centrifuge from GN Company, which is used for dewatering clarifier sludge. This project needs all the wetted parts of decanter centrifuge to be duplex stainless steel 2205, because of high content of chloride in the sludge.

2-Phase Decanter Centrifuge is used for solid liquid separation, and it can be widely used for environmental protection, drilling mud treatment, oily sludge treatment, sand washing water treatment, beverage clarifying, etc. For environmental protection, Decanter Centrifuge is mainly used for sludge dewatering. GN Company is capable to manufacture decanter centrifuge with bowl diameter from 220mm~760mm, and capacity 1m3/hour to 120m3/hour.

GN Company is capable to supply the Decanter with ATEX and IEC explosion proof standard, including Motor and Electrical Control Cabinet. All the electrical parts can be reputable International brand, and clients find easily in local market for spare parts.

The wetted parts of GN Decanter Centrifuge can be Duplex Stainless Steel 2205, and Stainless Steel 304/316. For project with high content of salt or chloride in the sludge, GN Company Engineers suggest Duplex Stainless Steel 2205, which has better performance of anti-corrosion.

For better wear resistance, the Screw, solids port, and distribution port are all protected by tungsten carbide plates.

GN Company’s Disc Stack Separator Received Great Attention among European Clients

GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Centrifuge machine, including 2/3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge and 2/3 Phase Disc Stack Separator. Recently clients from Europe show great interest about GN Company’s Disc Stack Separator, for Olive Light phase processing.

Disc Stack Separator is high speed centrifuge machine, used for Solid/Liquid, Solid/Liquid/Liquid separation. It is high speed, stable, sealed, efficient, and automatic slag discharge equipment. The separation takes place inside the bowl during high speed rotating. The light phase is feed into the rotating centrifuge bowl from the top of Separator through a stationary inlet pipe, and it accelerated in the distributor, which is specially designed to ensure smooth acceleration of the feed liquid. When the light phase leaves the distributor, it would enter into the disc stack. The separation of oil-water-solids takes place between the discs, with the light phase moving through the disc stack to the center and then it is discharged into the upper collecting frame. The heavy phase and heavy solids separated from the light phase would move out to the periphery, and the heavy phase is led through channels in the top disc to the lower collecting frame. The solid is collected in the periphery, from where it is discharged intermittently into the solids collecting cover below the bowl of separator. The solids discharge is achieved by a hydraulic system, where suitable intervals forces the sliding bowl bottom to drop down and thus opening the solids discharge ports at the bowl periphery.
