GN Company Supplied Stainless Steel Solids Vacuum Pump for European Client

Client from Europe ordered one unit of Solids Vacuum Pump from GN Company, and the Pump would be used to transfer chemical powder in their chemical plant. GN Company Solids Vacuum Pump can be widely used to transfer solid, sludge, powder, slurry, soil, sand, etc in different projects. The maximum solid size can be sucked by the Pump is 75mm.

Now GN Technical Team has developed 3 models with different capacities, including 10, 20, 40 cubic meters per hour. (The capacity is calculated on clean water, and welcome to contact GN sales managers for exact capacity based on clients’ specified requirement)

Horizontal suction distance for the Pump is 50~100 meters, and discharged distance is 500~1000 meters. Vertical suction depth of the Pump is 8 meters, and lift/head is about 80 meters.

GN Solids Vacuum Pump is 100% air operated/driven pump, and it doesn’t cost of electricity or diesel, and vacuum is created by Venture. The air is always supplied by Air Compressor. GN Company only manufactures Pump, and we kindly suggest clients to find in local market, in order to save purchase cost and shipment cost. But GN Company has reliable supplier of Air Compressor, and supply complete set of Pump and Air Compressor, if it is requested by clients.

The Pump is highly automatic, and GN Company would also offer complete user manual and instruction video after clients’ orders.
