Facing long-standing operational pain points including low dewatering efficiency, unstable sludge cake dryness, high chemical consumption and frequent manual maintenance with their traditional dewatering equipment, the overseas client decided to introduce high-efficiency centrifugal separation technology to optimize the whole sludge treatment process. Adopting advanced horizontal spiral centrifugal separation principle, the GNLW554 decanter centrifuge realizes fully automatic, continuous 24-hour sludge dewatering. Different from conventional filter-type equipment, it features totally enclosed operation, effectively reducing odor emission and improving on-site working environment. Equipped with independent dual VFD control system, the machine can flexibly adjust rotating speed and differential speed according to real-time sludge inlet conditions, ensuring stable separation effect even with fluctuating sludge concentration.

With optimized rotor structure and high separation factor design, the GNLW554 model significantly reduces the moisture content of discharged sludge cake, greatly cutting sludge volume and lowering subsequent transportation and disposal costs. Key components in contact with materials are made of high corrosion-resistant duplex stainless steel, and the screw impeller is protected by durable tungsten carbide wear-resistant layers, adapting to long-term harsh working conditions of complex sewage and ensuring long service life and low operation failure rate.
