Sludge Vacuum Pump for European Client

Client from Africa ordered one unit of Sludge Vacuum Pump, and the Pump would be used for oily sludge cleaning in the crude oil production site.

GN Company is professional manufacturer of Vacuum Pump, and the Pump can be widely used to transfer sludge, soil, sand, powder, slurry, mud, water, etc.

GN Company Technical Team now has developed 3 models of Vacuum Pump, with different capacities, including 10m3 per hour, 20m3 per hour, and 40m3 per hour (the capacity is calculated based on clean water, and it might reduce some during actual work for clients’ project). The maximum suction distance can reach 500 meters in horizontal, and suction depth can be 8 meters. The maximum discharge distance can reach 1000meters in horizontal, and discharge height can reach 80 meters.

The pump is 100% air driven, and itself no need electricity or diesel, therefore without concern about explosion proof in dangerous environment, such as refinery plant.

The Vacuum of the Pump is created by the principle of venture, and air is always supplied Air Compressor. GN Company focus on manufacturing vacuum pump only, and we can also supply Air Compressor based on clients’ project requirement, thus we can deliver a whole package. Generally we suggest clients to find air compressor in local market, and that can save their purchase cost and shipment cost as well.

GN Company completed production of one set of Sludge Dewatering Screw Press, and planned to ship to the European client recently. The screw press would be used for sludge dewatering of municipal sewage.
Besides Decanter Centrifuge and Filter Press, Screw Press is newly developed equipment for sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment. And it has obvious advantages of low investment, low energy cost and low operation cost. It achieves dewatering function by principle of screw extrusion, through the strong squeezing force, which is generated from the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, and the tiny gap between floating ring and fixed ring.

GN Company now is capable to manufacture Screw Press with diameter 100mm, 130mm, 200mm … 400mm, with capacity ranging from 0.28m3 per hour to 130m3 per hour. The part contact with material is always made of stainless steel 304, 316, while duplex stainless steel 2205 can also be customized based on clients’ project requirement. For example, if the sludge has high content of Chloride, common ss304 or 316 cannot work well. The Motor for screw is reputable supplier from Japan, and the electrical components are from reputable European brands.

The Screw Press has self-cleaning function, and is not easy to get blockage, and has long service working hours.

GN 3 Phase DECANTER CENTRIFUGE SHIPPED TO MIDDLE EAST FOR OILY WASTEWATER TREATMENT

GN Company completed production of one set of 3-phase Decanter Centrifuge with VFD control panel, and shipped to Middle East client’s job site, and it would be used for oily wastewater treatment. GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge and Disc Separator. And Decanter Centrifuge includes 2-phase Decanter Centrifuge and 3-phase Decanter Centrifuge. 3-phase Decanter Centrifuge can be widely used for solids, heavy phase, and light phase separation (solids-oil-water).

GN 3 phase decanter centrifuge adopts the design of installation of Main Motor and Back Motor at the same side of Decanter, and the connection between motor and Bowl/Screw is V belt. The two motors are installed horizontally, and that brings much more convenience for maintenance. Considering the abrasion from the solids content in the wastewater, GN Technical Team designs tungsten carbide plates, in order to protect the screw blades, which would greatly increase working hours of Decanter, and reduce maintenance cost. The solids discharge port is also protected by wear-resistance bushing.

The components in the GN Electrical Control Cabinet are all from international reputable brand, including VFD, PLC, Touch Screen, and the other small components. And if it is necessary, GN Company can also supply explosion proof standard motor and control cabinet. Both ATEX and IEC are available.

GN Company’s Decanter Centrifuge Received Great Attention from European Clients
