Decanter centrifuge

GN has designed, developed and produced different kinds of centrifuges for  solid/liquid and liquid/liquid separation.

GN clarifying decanter centrifuge is C series decanter centrifuge with beach angle of 20 degree. It suits for material of small particle size, low density difference between solids and liquid, moderate viscosity, moderate concentration.

The smallest model is 224FT which is come with 220MM Bowl Diameter and the max G force is 3200G, The beach angle of the C series clarifying decanter centrifuge is 20 degree, so the bowl cone section is short, and the straight section of the bowl is longer, it will give the bowl to have a longer clarifying section.

GN can not only provide users with high-tech Clarifying Decanter Centrifuge, but also provide users with Clarifying Disc Separator with high rotating speed and G force is up to 12000 G, which can carry out multi-step clarification treatment for users’ materials, so as to achieve the most desired effect for customers.

This time, GN will show the equipment as below

  1.  Decanter centrifuge— GNLW series decanter centrifuge has the bowl diameter from 9 inch to 30 inch for different flow rate requirements. GN decanter is widely used in waste water treatment and other industries separation application.

2. Solid vacuum pump, it is 100% pneumatic driving and make it suitable for the harzard and explosive environment. The max particle size is 50MM, The pump is designed for both automatic operation and manually operation. Operator only needs to adjust the suction and discharge time by twisting the switch on the panel.

sludge vacuum pump

According to different material conditions, suction and discharge height and distance, the conveying capacity will be different. Generally, the lower the material density, the lower the viscosity and the shorter the conveying distance, the higher the working efficiency of the equipment will be.

Waste Oil Decanter Centrifuge

GN 3 phase decanter centrifuge named oil Decanter centrifuge, it is mainly designed for Solid-liquid-liquid three-phase separation of materials. With our over 16 years of experience in the separation industry, it is the most advanced type equipment for 3 phase separation.

The smallest model of decanter centrifuge is 224FT, it come with 2 motors, one 11KW Main Motor and one 5.5KW back drive motors,  the bowl diameter of 224 models is 220mm, the bowl length is 924mm, Bowl L/D Ration is 4.2, Max G Force is 3080G, The typical bowl speed is 4800PRM, and the typical G force is 2838G.

Three-phase Oil Decanter Centrifuge show great superiority in the treatment of triple mud, as they not only separate out the solids in the mud, but also the dirty oil in the mud, which is incomparable to other separation methods. At the same time, the water and oil content of the dry sludge after treatment by the three-phase decanter centrifuge is reduced to varying degrees.

In the three-phase Oil Decanter Centrifuge, the main motor drives the drum to rotate at full speed and the material is continuously introduced into the spiral by the feed tube and evenly distributed to the spiral discharge port.

GN sludge vacuum pump

GN sludge vacuum pump named solids vacuum pump, it can do some dry and transfer job, it’s 100% air driving, need to connect to a air compressor for work.

There are 3 model due to the handling capacity, GNSP-10B, GNSP-20B and GNSP-40B, the max handling capacity is respective 10M3/h, 20M3/H and 40M3/h. The request of vacuum degree of all of them is 85Kpa/25 inch HG(Mercury Column), and the max sunction distance is 50M. The max solid size is 75mm for GNSP-40B, and max particle size is 50MM for both of GNSP-10B and GNSP-20B. There are some discrepancy regarding to air demand, 17M3/min(600CFM) for GNSP-40B, 8M3/min(280CFM) for GNSP-20B, 4.3M3/min(150CFM) for GNSP-10B.

The vacuum pump equip with the quick connector at inlet/outlet pipe, which is equipped with barb to connect with suction and discharge hose.

GN vacuum pump is 100% pneumatic pump with no electric component, it can used in the explosive environments and also pass ATEX certification. A typical application of vacuum pump is to transfer the oil sludge to the oil sludge system as a conveying equipment.
