Solid-liquid separation decanter centrifuge is named decanter, when you need do solid/liquid mixtuers with high solid content, you can choose a decanter centrifuge.

sludge decanter centrifuge are used for sludge deawtering without chemical conditioning but when the sludge is conditined with polymieric electrolytes, the solid retention rate and the quality of the liquid after centrifugation are significantly improved.

GN Solid vacuum pump

GN solid vacuum pump is 100% air driving pump, it widely used in solid, mud, sludge, liquid transfer.

GN sludge vacuum pump is a compact, robust and efficient pump which is capable of loading material via 25” hg of vacuum and dilivering the over 500 Meter. GN solid vacuum pump single units is available in 10M3/h, 20M/h and 40M3/h.

The model of GNSP-10B max hydraulic handling capacity is 10M3, the max solid size is 50mm, the request of air is 4.3M3/min(150CFM)

The model of GNSP-20B Max hydraulic handling capacity is 20M3, the max solid size is 50mm, the required of air is 8M3/min(280CFM)

The model of GNSP-40B Max hydraulic handling capacity is 40M3, the max solid size is 75mm, the required of air is 17M3/min(600CFM)

when pump working, the suction and discharge process conduct alternatively. Our GNSP-40B model can workin in eighter automatic mode or manual mode, both GNSP-20B and GNSP-10B only have automatic mode.

GN solid vacuum pump is called sludge vacuum pump, It’s a 100% pneumatic driving pump, which can do transfer work for solid and sludge, it will be connect with air compressor.

It’s a vacuum loading solids transfer pump, GN vacuum pump have 3 different model, GNSP-40, GNSP-20 and GNSP10, The maximum transport capacity of the three models for clean water is 10 cubic meters, 20 cubic meters and 40 cubic meters respectively. According to different material conditions, suction and discharge height and distance, the conveying capacity will be different. The max solid content is 80%, and the max particle size is 75mm for GNSP-40B.

Recently, GN has competed the manufacturing of two units 3-Phase disc stack separator, and will be arrange to send to the overseas clients as soon as possible.

Due to its high running speed and centrifugal separation factor, as usual, disc separator is used to separate two miscible liquid phase with small density contrast or as a clarification equipment to remove the fine solid particles from the liquid.

In this order, the model of the disc stack separator selected by the clients is GNSD225, with a piston diameter of 730mm, The slag discharge action of the sliding piston is automatically controlled by a PLC fully automatic control cabinet specially designed with safety protection devices.the rotation speed of 4500RPM, We make of duplex stainless steel 2507, which is the higher quality, the control cabinet with touch screen and PLC, operators can monitor and operate the equipment. We also equipment with a series of sensors that can detect the speed, vibration and temperature of key components of the device.

GN solid vacuum pump is fully pneumatic conveying equipment, It is a type of pneumatic pump that sucks the material with vacuum produced by air operation, and then converts to positive pressure for discharging. Most of the solids, sludge and liquid could be transferred by using this pump.
