GN disc stack separator
Recently, GN has competed the manufacturing of two units 3-Phase disc stack separator, and will be arrange to send to the overseas clients as soon as possible.
Due to its high running speed and centrifugal separation factor, as usual, disc separator is used to separate two miscible liquid phase with small density contrast or as a clarification equipment to remove the fine solid particles from the liquid.
In this order, the model of the disc stack separator selected by the clients is GNSD225, with a piston diameter of 730mm, The slag discharge action of the sliding piston is automatically controlled by a PLC fully automatic control cabinet specially designed with safety protection devices.the rotation speed of 4500RPM, We make of duplex stainless steel 2507, which is the higher quality, the control cabinet with touch screen and PLC, operators can monitor and operate the equipment. GN has designed, developed and produced different kinds of centrifuges for solid/liquid and liquid/liquid separation.
GN clarifying decanter centrifuge is C series decanter centrifuge with beach angle of 20 degree. It suits for material of small particle size, low density difference between solids and liquid, moderate viscosity, moderate concentration.
The smallest model is 224FT which is come with 220MM Bowl Diameter and the max G force is 3200G, The beach angle of the C series clarifying decanter centrifuge is 20 degree, so the bowl cone section is short, and the straight section of the bowl is longer, it will give the bowl to have a longer clarifying section.
