1. The separation liquid is turbid, and the solid recovery rate is reduced. The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) If the thickness of the liquid ring layer is too thin, the thickness should be increased.
(2) The amount of mud entering is too large, and the amount of mud entering should be reduced.
(3) The speed difference is too large, and the speed difference should be reduced.
(4) The inflow solids are overloaded, and the amount of mud entering should be reduced.
(5) The screw conveyor is seriously worn and should be replaced.
(6) The rotating speed of the drum is too low, and the rotating speed should be increased.

2. The solid content of the mud cake decreases. The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) The speed difference is too large, and the speed difference should be reduced.
(2) The thickness of the liquid ring layer is too large, and its thickness should be reduced.
(3) The rotating speed of the drum is too low, and the rotating speed should be increased.
(4) The amount of mud entering is too large, and the amount of mud entering should be reduced.
(5) The dosage of dry sludge should be reduced if the dosage of conditioning and tempering is excessive.
