GN SOLIDS CONTROL is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a sludge dewatering screw press package to an overseas client. Designed for efficient sludge treatment applications, the system combines the GN GNDL302 Screw Press with the GNSJY2000 Chemical Dosing Unit to provide a complete solution for sludge dewatering and volume reduction.
The GN GNDL302 Screw Press is engineered to handle continuous sludge dewatering with stable performance, low energy consumption, and simplified maintenance requirements. For this project, the system is designed to process approximately 6 m³/h of sludge, helping the client effectively reduce sludge volume and improve disposal efficiency.
To optimize dewatering performance, the package is equipped with the GN GNSJY2000 Chemical Dosing Unit, which provides accurate polymer preparation and dosing. With a chemical dosing pump flow rate of 656 L/h, the system ensures consistent chemical mixing and improves solid-liquid separation efficiency. A dedicated sludge feed pump with a capacity of 8 m³/h is also integrated to provide stable material transfer during operation.
The compact and modular design of the GN sludge dewatering package allows for convenient transportation, quick installation, and flexible deployment according to different site requirements. By combining efficient mechanical dewatering technology with reliable chemical preparation, GN SOLIDS CONTROL continues to provide customized sludge management solutions for global customers.
