GN Supplied Solids Vacuum Pump for European Client

Client from Europe ordered one unit of Solids Vacuum Pump, and it would be used to transfer chemical powder in their chemical processing factory.

The suction depth can be 8 meters, discharge head can reach 80 meters, and horizontal suction distance can be 50 meter, and discharge distance can reach 1000 meters maximum. (Attn. the distance is all calculated based on Clean Water, and its actual performance during work depends on clients’ specific project)

And clients don’t need to worry about its safety in dangerous environment, because the Pump is 100% air operated/driven, and doesn’t cost electricity/diesel. And GN Engineers suggest Air Compressor to supply air for Pump. Generally GN Company suggests clients to find Air Compressor in local market, in order to save purchase and shipment cost, while GN Company also has reliable supplier of air compressor manufacture, and can deliver pump with air compressor as a complete set.

GN COMPANY SUPPLIED THREE PHASE DECANTER CENTRIFUGE FOR EUROPEAN CLIENT

GN Company supplied one unit of Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge for European client, which is used for recovering clean oil from oily sludge in the refinery plant.

GN Company is professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge for about 13 years, including 2 phase and 3 phase Decanter Centrifuges.

The Sludge Inlet, Polymer Inlet, and Flushing Inlet are the same inlet for Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge, and can be connected by Tee/Four-way fitting, and clients can find easily in local Hardware Store. (3 bar is enough for feed inlet of Decanter)

GN Company would supply detailed and complete PI&D Drawing, User Manual, and complete set of spare parts for clients.

GN Company applies the technology of Centripetal Pump for discharge of the heavy liquid. It is used for flexible of different Liquid Phase Proportion. An adjustable impeller discharges the “heavy” liquid phase. Furthermore, the operator can use the adjustable impeller to adjust the pond depth of the heavy liquid without difficulty during ongoing operation. According to the Proportion of two different phases, an adjustment mechanism causes the position of the impeller to change, thus changing the separation line of the liquids. The process engineering results can thus be influenced so as to achieve the required separation result.

GN Company’s Decanter is made of Duplex Stainless Steel 2205/2304, and its working hours are much longger than SS304/316, especially when the slurry has high content of chloride ion.

Besides supplying Centrifuge, GN Company is also capable to supply supporting equipment, which includes Sludge Feeding Pump, Screw Conveyor, Polymer Preparation Unit, Tank, etc.

Client from Europe ordered one unit of Solids Vacuum Pump from GN Company, and the Pump would be used to transfer chemical powder in their chemical plant. GN Company Solids Vacuum Pump can be widely used to transfer solid, sludge, powder, slurry, soil, sand, etc in different projects. The maximum solid size can be sucked by the Pump is 75mm.

Now GN Technical Team has developed 3 models with different capacities, including 10, 20, 40 cubic meters per hour. (The capacity is calculated on clean water, and welcome to contact GN sales managers for exact capacity based on clients’ specified requirement)

Horizontal suction distance for the Pump is 50~100 meters, and discharged distance is 500~1000 meters. Vertical suction depth of the Pump is 8 meters, and lift/head is about 80 meters.

GN Solids Vacuum Pump is 100% air operated/driven pump, and it doesn’t cost of electricity or diesel, and vacuum is created by Venture. The air is always supplied by Air Compressor. GN Company only manufactures Pump, and we kindly suggest clients to find in local market, in order to save purchase cost and shipment cost. But GN Company has reliable supplier of Air Compressor, and supply complete set of Pump and Air Compressor, if it is requested by clients.

The Pump is highly automatic, and GN Company would also offer complete user manual and instruction video after clients’ orders.

GN Company 3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge and Disc Separator for Client in Fish Oil Production

GN Company has completed production of one set of Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge and Three Phase Disc Stack Separator, and plan to ship by next week to client’s factory for fish oil production. Both Decanter and Separator are used for Solids/Liquid/Liquid separation, and Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge is used in the first stage for separation Oil, Water, and the majority of Solids, and the Oil would be feed into the Three Phase Disc Separator for purifying, which is to remove fine solids and water, also named oil polishing.

Here are specifications about Main Motor and Back up Motor of GN Company Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge, they are Reputable Chinese Brand, VFD (speed can be adjustable by Electrical Control Panel), with protection level IP54, F, and Overload and Overheat protection. Explosion Proof for Motor and Control Panel are optional. And GN Company can supply explosion proof equipment based on Chinese Explosion proof standard, and also ATEX, CNEX.
Disc Separator has much more quickly RPM, and therefore bigger centrifugal force than Decanter Centrifuge. So Disc Separator can separate out fine solids and water from Oil. Both its discharge time and discharge frequency can be adjustable based on clients’ requirement. And there are two types of discharge types, including automatic and manually, so clients can also choose based on their requirement.
Some clients choose Two Phase Decanter Centrifuge and Three Phase Disc Stack Separator, which can save some cost.
