1. PAM Automatic Flocculation Preparation System
This System includes 3 tanks for Polymer preparation, and motor, liquid level gauge, Electromagnetic flowmeter, electromagnetic valve, dry powder level meter, liquid level alarms, PAM Dosing Metering Pump.
The System is controlled by PLC through Touch Screen.
2. Coagulant Mixing Tank
Coagulant mixing tank is used to supply coagulant into decanter centrifuge which is also equipped with dosing pump. PH value can be adjusted in the coagulant mixing tank.

GN Disc Stack Separator for Yeast Removing after Fermentation in African Client’s Beverage Plant

GN Company has completed production of one set of 2-Phase Disc Stack Separator, which is used for purifying fermented wash and reducing yeast content after fermentation. The Treatment Capacity of the African client ordered model is about 5m3/hour, with VFD control panel. The fluid wetted part is made of high-strength food grade stainless steel. The control cabinet is not explosion-proof, and it shall be placed in separate room. GN Technical Team would supply One Explosion-proof Button Box on site.

GN Separator is capable to separate extreme tiny solid particles from liquid phase, and the solid particle is less than 1um, which is dispersed in suspensions.

Here is brief introduction about working principle of Disc Stack Separator.

The fluid is feeding into the bowl through a feed pipe. In the distribution cabinet of the disc separator, the fluid is smoothly accelerated until it is synchronized with the speed of rotary bowl. The disc stack separator in the rotating cylinder divides the fluid into many thin layers, forming a large area of clarification area. The high-speed centrifugal force makes the solids slag separated from the liquid in the disc stack deposit.

GN Company Sludge Solids Vacuum Transfer Pump Received Great Attention among European Clients

Recently Clients from European sent some enquires to GN Company, about consultation for sludge, solids, slurry….. transferring, as they have different project requirement.

GN Sludge Solids Vacuum Transfer Pump is 100% air driven/operation pump, while there is no cost of Electricity or Diesel. Air is always supplied by Air Compressor (GN Company doesn’t manufacture Air Compressor, only Pump. We suggest clients to find air compressor from local market, which can save cost & shipment cost. But we have business partner for manufacturing Air Compressor).

The Pump can be widely used to transfer high density/viscosity sludge, solids (including powder, soil, sand……), slurry, etc.

Horizontally the Pump suction distance is 50meters, while discharge distance is 1000meters. Vertically the Pump suction depth is 8meters, while lift is 80meters. (This is calculated based on clean water, and it would reduce some during actual operation)

GN Company Sludge Solids Transfer Pump Received Great Attention among Middle East Clients

Recently GN Company’s Sludge Solids Transfer Pump received enquiries from different countries in Middle East for different projects.

The Pump can be used to transfer Sand, Soil, Slurry, etc., and maximum size of solid can be transferred by our Pump is 75mm.

The Pump horizontal suction distance is 50meters, and discharge distance is 500/1000meters for different models. And vertical suction depth is 8meters, while lift is 80meters. (All these figures are calculated based on clean water, and it might reduce some during actual operation for different clients’ projects).

The Pump is 100% air operation/driven, while there is no cost of electricity or diesel. The Air is always supplied by Air Compressor. GN Company does not manufacture Air Compressor, and we suggest clients to find from local market.
