Recently Clients from European sent some enquires to GN Company, about consultation for sludge, solids, slurry….. transferring, as they have different project requirement.
GN Sludge Solids Vacuum Transfer Pump is 100% air driven/operation pump, while there is no cost of Electricity or Diesel. Air is always supplied by Air Compressor (GN Company doesn’t manufacture Air Compressor, only Pump. We suggest clients to find air compressor from local market, which can save cost & shipment cost. But we have business partner for manufacturing Air Compressor).
The Pump can be widely used to transfer high density/viscosity sludge, solids (including powder, soil, sand……), slurry, etc.

Horizontally the Pump suction distance is 50meters, while discharge distance is 1000meters. Vertically the Pump suction depth is 8meters, while lift is 80meters. (This is calculated based on clean water, and it would reduce some during actual operation)
GN Company pays big attention on European Market, and issue exclusive agreement for Portugal Company as our business partner for Portugal & Spain Market.
And GN Company already supplied Pump to UK, Norway, Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Russia.
GN Company Technical Team has developed 3 models this Pump, with different capacities, including 10, 20, 40m3/hour. (This is also calculated based on clean water, and it might reduce some during actual operation)
It’s acceptable to arrange Trial Test with Clients’ sample by GN Pump within GN work plant.
