Sludge Vacuum pump:GNSP-20A, this is our new products in 2018, we have sold GNSP-40A vacuum pump for drilling cuttings transfer and dredging slurry transfer for dredging slurry separation system, sometimes the vacuum pump may not be suitable to transfer the oil sludge based on the sludge density and viscosity and the depth. GNSP-10A & GNSP-20A vacuum pump is the new designed model to meet the client’s requirement for smaller treating capacity.

Centrifugal pump, the installation dimension, outer dimension and spare parts are all interchangeable with Mission Magnum centrifugal pump.

Mud Recycling Tank system for HDD

Lately,
we have one overseas customers requiring one sets 500gpm mud recycling tank
system for HDD project. The client is GN old client who made the purchase set
500gpm system three years before. Now, they need much more equipment to support
the forthcoming new projects. Based on the previous mud system, the customers
give request on the specialized parameters

Part 1: Reuse unit:
Same layout being a original unit – shale
shaker , shaker with desnader and desilter, 2x pumps for
cyclone and 1x feed transfer pump
Delete the actual mud hopper
Size of 40ft container with locking gadget for track
Recycle device will be 7. 5m size and rest of the length is drilling to be flat
skid for attach in Generator
Unit should have lifting hooks for motorised hoist
Feed hose entrance through pit and clean mud hose needs to be at the foundation
floor height – device is drilling to be mounting permanent on the right track.
Electrical panels must be elevation quality and have power socket with regard
to pit pump 22kw
Submersible slurry pump , or Pit pump 22kw x 2units
The thickness of the unit with the track folded cannot be more after that 2 .

GN Fixation Unit for Drilling Waste Management

GN Solids Control is complete line drilling waste
management solution provider, related equipment like vertical cuttings
dryer, High G dryer, cuttings fixation unit, thermal desorption unit etc.
Different countries have different regulations on the treatment of drilling
waste discharged from shale shaker & mud cleaner &
centrifuge.

Like client in Nigeria, most of land rig
oil drilling company do like this:

1)
Use one set vertical
cuttings dryer + one set decanter centrifuge at rigsite. During drilling
period, the drilling waste discharged from shaker will go to vertical cuttings
dryer for recycle and reuse. The discharge solids from vertical dryer will be
collected by cuttings skips. The drilling fluids will go to centrifuge to
remove fine solids and then, go back to active mud tank for reuse.

2)
The cuttings skips for vertical
dryer, cuttings skips for mud cleaner and cuttings skips for centrifuge will be
taken to mud factory which have thermal desorption unit for final treatment.

3)
Vertical cuttings dryer is
mostly used in oil based mud drilling waste management. If for water based mud
drilling cuttings treatment, high G shaker is mostly
used. Because of lower environmental containment of WBM, high G dryer is very
lower cost than vertical cuttings dryer.

Like client from Algeria / Gabon, they like
to use cuttings fixation unit for final treatment at rigsite. They transfer the
drilling waste into the fixation unit, with curing agent.
